Our old Evap unit had stopped working and the team came and problem solved for us. We decided to replace the existing Evap with a new model and the Jan and his team (Aaron and Sandra) were super helpful to order, quote and install before the warmer weather set in. Absolutely outstanding service. We needed to get some work done after some storm damage to the house this year, starting with an old aircon unit. The guys at Coolmate are professional, friendly and very tidy. We had them out last week to repair our aircon but it was beyond repair. So today we've had 2 brand new units supplied and installed. We're very happy with the job done and are looking forward to not having to suffer through those hot summer nights any more with an aircon in the bedroom... finally!!Thanks again!

Honest family owned business who cares about solving problems rather than replacing units. I have a 21 year old evaporate air-conditioner that no longer had available parts. Jan had changed the transformer so the pump would work. I paid another air-conditioning company $180.00 only to tell me to replace the whole unit! I would recommend Coolmate are very professional and super helpful, I will definitely use them again I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks guys

Had my evap aircon unit serviced by the team. The initial booking had to be postponed to the next day as they were stuck on a job but Sandra was polite and apologetic and quickly rescheduled the appointment for the next day.The 2 guys that came were very friendly and got the job done fast, within 20 mins they were done and gone.Was recommended a quote to replace a filter after summer, done nicely without any pressure.You don't have to pay on the spot either, the invoice arrived a couple of days later.Would recommend to everyone.

The friendly team at Coolmate (Aaron, Sandra and Jan) were amazing to deal with! They installed a new Evap aircon system for us today after our very old one broke down. They were well-priced, ordered the new parts quickly, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company :)

Requested a service for 3 split systems. When they came out they advised a full clean wasn’t necessary as they were in really good condition. So charged me less. Very honest, they could have said nothing and charged me full price. Top marks for friendly and honest work.
