After a terrible week-long experience with another company, our heater was still not working so called Dan and his team to sort it out. Not only did they come to take a look the same day but it was resolved and working again within an hour. Neil also took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the system. WTS have reliable, trustworthy service and reasonable pricing - we won't be using anyone else for our aircon needs in the future. Thanks Neil and Dan!
